Notification of Intent to use Certification of Construction

  • The verifier must be notified if an Approved Certifier of Construction is to be used. This should be before work starts using a Model Form L.
  • To obtain the discount of the building warrant fee, the verifier must be informed at the building warrant application stage that the work is to be certified.
  • Where possible, both the Approved Certifier and Approved Body should be identified.
  • Use this form to check whether they are registered today.
